- Chili powder: 1/2 Teaspoons
- Water: 1/2 Cups
- Salt: 1 Pinches
- Tomato sauce: 8 Ounces
- Green bell pepper, chopped: 1/3 Cups
- Small onion, finely chopped: 1 Each
- Ground chuck: 1/2 Pounds
- Worchestershire sauce: 1/2 Teaspoons
- Raw long grain converted rice: 1/4 Cups

Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thuroughly. Cover and cook 8-12 hours.
