- Nonfat plain yogurt: 2 Tablespoons
- Nonfat mayonnaise: 2 Tablespoons
- Finely chopped onions: 1 Tablespoons
- Chopped celery: 1/4 Cups
- 4.5-ounce cans Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained: 2 Each
- Pepper: 1/8 Tablespoons
- Tomato slices: 4 Each
- Lettuce leaves: 4 Each
Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper.
Divide chicken mixture among 4 plates. Place salad mixture on lettuce leaf and top with tomato slice, or use with bread for four sandwiches.
