Fresh Apple-Mint Salsa

Ingredients

  • Small Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped: 2 Each
  • Chopped red bell pepper: 1/2 Cups
  • Chopped red onion: 1/2 Cups
  • Chopped fresh mint: 1/4 Cups
  • Fresh lime juice: 1/3 Cups
  • Honey: 1/4 Cups
  • Chopped fresh jalapeno pepper: 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt: 1/4 Teaspoons
  • Freshly ground pepper: 1/4 Teaspoons
