Yield: 6 servings
- Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 6 Each
- Traditional Italian sauce: 1 1/2 Cups
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/4 Cups
- Fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 Cups
Spray 12 skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
Stir sauce and 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese into skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese over chicken. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with steamed green beans.
