Yield: 12 small cake pieces
- 1 c EAS Chocolate protein
- 1 c No sugar added Applesauce
- 2 T coconut flour (I made a second batch with gluten free pancake mix and it was good too).
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 1 T Mini chocolate chips
- 1 T chopped walnuts (on top).
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix in applesauce.
Fold in chips.
Add to mini loaf pan (i spray my pan with Pam butter). If you do not have a mini loaf pan I am sure cupcake/ mini cupcakes could work too. I used my cake pan for the toaster oven. At end top with Walnuts.
Bake 20-25 min at 325. At 20 min check with toothpick and once its clean toothpick pull out of oven and let cool in the cake pan. Cut and enjoy. If you make 16 pieces, here are the calories/ macros.
