Ingredients

  • Sea salt: 1 Teaspoons
  • Ground coriander: 1 Teaspoons
  • Ground cumin: 1 Teaspoons
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 Teaspoons
  • Paprika: 2 Teaspoons
  • Minced garlic: 2 Teaspoons
  • Grated fresh ginger: 1 Tablespoons
  • Plain yogurt: 1 Cups
  • Fresh-ground black pepper: 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Ground cloves: 1/4 Teaspoons

Mix marinade ingredients and add meat. Leave marinade and meat in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
Marinade may be saved for simmer sauce.
