Pan-fried Lasagna

  • Package pasta: 1 Each
  • Jars pasta sauce: 2 Each
  • Packages mozzarella, whole or grated: 2 Each
  • Ground beef: 1 Pounds

Brown meat, flavor as neded. After browned, break into small pieces.
Pour in both jars of tomato sauce, add a little water. Bring to a boil. After boil, add pasta.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 35 mins.
Add cubed/shredded mozzarella and cook until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parmesan and romano.
