24 – mini muffins
12 – full muffins
1 – 9″ pie round

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal (I use the whole grain stuff)
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 premier protein shake

Instructions

mix all ingredients
Bake in container at 350 till cooked.
Mini muffins take 15 minutes
Full muffins take 20 min
pie takes 30 min.

Combinations:
Banana protein shake with mini chocolate chips
Vanilla protein shake with minced dried cranberries
Vanilla protein shake with walnuts
