- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 teaspoons salted butter
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
Spread almonds in a glass pie dish and dot with butter. Microwave until fragrant and pale golden in the center, stirring every minute, 3 minutes total.
Stir in Kosher salt and curry powder. Microwave until nuts are golden and center, stirring once, 2 minutes more.
Let cool until crunchy.
