Ingredients
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoons rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- ⅔ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (it will be very moist).
- Shape into a round loaf, place in 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours (cooked to 160º F).
- In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients and spoon over meat loaf. Cook another 15 minutes.
- Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving and cutting.
