Melt In Your Mouth Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ teaspoons rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • ⅔ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (it will be very moist).
  2. Shape into a round loaf, place in 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours (cooked to 160º F).
  3. In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients and spoon over meat loaf. Cook another 15 minutes.
  4. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving and cutting.
