Ingredients
- Beef stew meat, cut into 1″ cubes: 3/4 Pounds
- Potato, diced: 1 Each
- Carrot, sliced: 1 Each
- Small onion, sliced: 1 Each
- Whole tomatoes: 14 1/2 Ounces
- Quick-cooking tapioca: 2 Tablespoons
- Bay leaf: 1 Each
- Salt and black pepper: 1 Pinches

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crockpot and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours.
