Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • Beef stew meat, cut into 1″ cubes: 3/4 Pounds
  • Potato, diced: 1 Each
  • Carrot, sliced: 1 Each
  • Small onion, sliced: 1 Each
  • Whole tomatoes: 14 1/2 Ounces
  • Quick-cooking tapioca: 2 Tablespoons
  • Bay leaf: 1 Each
  • Salt and black pepper: 1 Pinches

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crockpot and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours.
