Yield: 4 servings
- Eggs, beaten: 2 Each
- Red potatoes, mashed: 2 Cups
- Cans tomato soup: 2 Each
- Can corn: 1 Each
- Can peas, drained: 1 Each
- Yellow onion, chopped: 2 Cups
- Ground beef: 2 Pounds
- Salt and pepper to taste: 1 Pinches
Brown hamburger and onions.
Put in a 9×13 pan. Spread peas and corn over the hamburger, top with the tomato soup. Spread over evenly.
Put the mashed potatoes in individual piles on top or just spread the potatoes over the top.
Beat eggs well and pour over the top of the potatoes, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
