Ingredients
- 16 ounces mixed dried beans
- 1 ham steak, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot or dutch oven and cook on low heat until the beans are tender, about 2½ hours.
