- Dried Onion and Garlic: 2 Tablespoons
- Melted butter/spread: 1/4 Cups
- Sour cream: 3/4 Cups
- Can cream of chicken soup: 1 Each
- Shredded cheese: 8 Ounces
- Bag Simply Potatoes – Shredded: 1 Each
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine all ingredients except potatoes in a large bowl. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish. Add mixture and stir until mixed.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
