- Ground chili: 1 Teaspoons
- Cumin: 1 Teaspoons
- Oregano: 1/4 Teaspoons
- Onion: 1/2 Teaspoons
- Garlic: 1/2 Teaspoons
- Cayenne, to taste: 1 Pinches
- Cocoa powder, to taste: 1 Pinches

Add to baked beans.
Rub onto meats and vegetables before grilling
Combine with vinegar and olive oil for a quick marinade.
Chili Fries (combine olive oil, chili powder, potatoes that have been washed and quartered with salt to taste in zip lock back, shake until coated and bake at 425 until golden brown).
Can be adjusted for Mexican foods.
