Yield: 12 small cookies or 4 large cookies
- ¼ cup natural vanilla whey protein powder
- ¼ cup natural (unsweetened) peanut butter
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
- a dash of ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 325F (163C).
Mix all ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls of batter on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
