Banana Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Yield: 12 small cookies or 4 large cookies


  • ¼ cup natural vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup natural (unsweetened) peanut butter
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • ½ teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • a dash of ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 325F (163C).
Mix all ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls of batter on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
