Ingredients
- 5 chopped garlic cloves
 - 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup sugar
 - 2 tablespoons gochugaru
 - 2 tablespoons chopped scallion
 - 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
 - 4 teaspoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 - ½ teaspoon peeled chopped fresh ginger
 - 1 tablespoon water
 
Instructions
Puree ingredients until smooth. Season with more soy sauce, if desired. Dressing can be refrigerated for up to one week.
