Yield: 8 servings
- Irish cream liquor: 1/4 Cups
- Nutmeg: 1/2 Teaspoons
- Cinnamon: 1 Teaspoons
- Vanilla: 1 Teaspoons
- Milk: 1/2 Cups
- Eggs: 8 Each
- Slices cinnamon raisin bread: 16 Each
Combine all ingredients (except for bread). Keep refrigerated if made ahead.
Dip bread in batter. Fry on lightly oiled griddle until just crisp. Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
