Mom’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

    • Ground beef: 1 Pounds
    • Oatmeal, breadcrumbs or crushed croutons: ½ Cups
    • Egg: 1 Each
    • Catsup: ¼ Cups
    • Spaghetti sauce envelope mix: ½ Teaspoons
    • Parseley and onion and garlic powder: 1 Pinches

Mix well and bake at 350 F for 45-75 minutes. Thicker meatloaf needs more cooking time.
