Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • Salt: 1 Pinches
  • Eggs: 6 Each
  • Milk: 3 Cups
  • Grated cheddar cheese: 1/2 Pounds
  • Slices bread: 10 Each

Grease a 13 x 9 casserole pan.
Butter, cube and remove crusts from bread.
Mix together cheese, milk, eggs and salt. Layer bread and liquid. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 45-60 minutes. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
