Remoulade Sauce

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise: 1 1/4 Cups
  • Mustard, Creole mustard if possible: 1/4 Cups
  • Sweet paprika: 1 Tablespoons
  • Cajun or Creole seasoning: 2 Teaspoons
  • Prepared horseradish: 2 Teaspoons
  • Pickle juice, lemon juice or vinegar: 1 Teaspoons
  • Hot sauce, preferably Tabasco: 1 Teaspoons
  • Large clove garlic, minced and smashed: 1 Each

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. The remoulade is better if left for a few hours to let the flavors meld. Keep refrigerated.
