Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
 - 2 tablespoons canola oil
 - 1 pound ground pork
 - 3 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
 - 3 tablespoons garlic
 - 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 8 packed cups curly spinach
 - Salt and pepper
 - Fresh basil
 
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti and drain.
 - In a large skillet, heat canola oil and add pork, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry over moderate heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
 - Stir in cooked spaghetti, fish sauce, lime juice, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper and toss, garnish with basil.
