Minnesota WIld Rice Hotdish

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup wild rice, rinsed well
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 pound hamburger

Directions

  1. Brown the hamburger, celery, and onion.
  2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and add the hamburger mixture.
  3. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350º for 90 minutes or until done.
