Chocolate Chip Protein Pillows

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural vanilla whey protein powder (102g)
  • ½ cup natural (unsweetened) applesauce (111g)
  • ¼ cup almond meal (28g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
  • 2 tablespoons stevia-sweetened chocolate chips (21g)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Mix vanilla whey and applesauce until smooth.
Add almond meal and baking powder. Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Store any extras in the refrigerator.
